Duties:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service
Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
Process payments using a POS system and handle cash transactions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Requirements:

Previous experience as a server or in the food service industry preferred
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately
Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers
Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service to guests

Skills:

Kitchen experience: Knowledge of food preparation, plating, and presentation techniques.
Customer service: Ability to provide excellent customer service, address guest needs, and handle complaints or concerns.
Math: Basic math skills for handling payments, making change, and calculating bills.
