We have an immediate opening for a
Locksmith for one of our clients in
New Market, ON.

Your job duties will include installing, repairing, adjusting, and replacing locks and other door closures around various buildings and facilities; making duplicate keys when required; managing the supply of keys for all staff, documenting when you issue keys and noting when they are returned.

Responsibilities:


  • Duplicate keys and locks
  • Install locks, both mechanical and electric
  • Repair and maintain existing lock systems.
  • Keep accurate records of keys when they are distributed and returned.
Locksmith Requirements and Qualifications

  • Relevant certificate from a vocational school or job training (preferred)
  • Experience with a variety of lockpicking tools and keycutting hardware
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Related experience in carpentry, preventative maintenance, or electrical work is a plus.

Shift Timing:
Morning

Pay rate:
$30-$45 per hour
