Customer Service Representative/receptionist - Mississauga, Canada - My Storage
Description
Hourly pay rate plus commission and travel pay
Job Responsibilities include;
- Managing/maintaining a facility(s) and completing site checks, sweeping halls, and cleaning storage units
- Provide assistance to customers, taking payments, move in's, etc.
- Completing daily and weekly reports pertaining to your site(s)
- Cleaning office space daily after use, mopping, disinfecting, cleaning windows, dusting, etc. as well as keeping facility up to standards
- Have a vehicle and valid drivers license to complete bank runs
- Be able to go to different GTA Locations and perform same tasks at each site
Employees need to be;
- Punctual and reliable
- computer literate, customer service capabilities, phone etiquette
- Great communication skills while handling customers and working in an office alone
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$18.00-$22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Every Weekend
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay

All customers need to wear masks and maintain social distance, sanitize space after use.
