Days Inn Brantford is seeking a well-organized, detail-oriented and customer-focused individual that works well under pressure in a changing environment for the position of Guest Service Agent.

We are looking for someone willing to work between three and five 8 hour shifts per week.

The Guest Service Agents tend to all guests needs including making reservations, assisting with luggage, assisting with directions and activities in the area.

This position also involves assisting with cleaning the lobby, flipping/folding laundry and ensuring all guestrooms and common areas are in immaculate condition.

This individual must provide happy, professional service to all of our guests. Having experience in the customer service field is a strong asset. He/she must be dedicated to ensuring all policies and procedures of the hotel are followed.

Basic Qualifications:

Basic computer skills; experience with Excel and basic accounting principles
Excellent communication skills, written and oral fluency in English
Ability to work and problem solve with mínimal supervision
Able to stand for an 8 hour shift
Able to work days, afternoons, evenings, overnights including weekends and holidays
Be wellgroomed and professional at all times

Assets:
Previous training or experience in Customer Service.
