The Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the administrative functions of the Slope Operations departments (Snowmaking, Grooming. Slope Maintenance, Terrain Parks, and Trails).

They will work in conjunction with Slope Operations leaders to ensure employee, meeting, payroll, training, and licensing information is accurate and up to date.

    What will I be doing?
  • Arrange and attend meetings as well as record and circulate meeting minutes.
  • Submit Purchase Requisitions, petty cash receipts, and reconcile credit card spending.
  • Complete departmental payroll coding and scheduling using payroll software including onboarding and termination documentation as required.
  • Update and renew all licensing and training documents.
  • Assist with employee onboarding, uniform distribution, communication, and recognition.
  • Organize and communicate Slope Operations impacts across the resort.
  • Track fuel, equipment damage and other operations data.
  • Purchasing supplies
  • Scheduling and payroll duties can have a direct impact on the budget and need to be monitored regularly and with detail

What do we need from you?

  • High school diploma or equivalent; postsecondary education in an administrative field is an asset.
  • One to three years related administrative experience; Payroll experience is an asset.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
  • Detailed oriented with proven ability to effectively prioritize workflow.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment, show initiative and be proactive.
  • High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize multiple requests.
  • Attention to detail with regards to payroll entry and schedule management

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday 8:30am 5:00pm.
  • Every other Sunday for 12 Hours for Payroll.
