Are you a talented and ambitious young individual with a passion for cooking? Kaneff Golf is seeking a Line Cook to join our dedicated Culinary team.

As a Line Cook, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and the creation of exceptional cuisine that delights our guests.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Report directly to the Food and Beverage Service Manager, taking on responsibilities and essential job functions, including but not limited to the following:
Consistently provide professional, friendly, and proactive guest service while supporting your fellow colleagues.
Maintain a professional appearance, including a clean uniform and wellgroomed appearance.
Stay up to date on recipes, procedures, and plating for all menu items, special dishes, and promotional items assigned to you.
Prepare food items according to recipes and standards set by the organization.
Conduct quality checks on raw products to ensure freshness and adherence to standards.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety throughout the kitchen area.
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to create a safe work environment.
Collaborate effectively with kitchen and frontofhouse staff to ensure efficient operations and timely service.
Assist with various tasks on the line as needed to maintain a smooth flow of service.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Passion for the culinary arts and a desire to learn and grow in the industry.
Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar culinary role is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
