ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Award-winning, established Architectural Firm is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.
This position is 100% in-office.
Responsibilities
- Provide general office support and assistance for management and employees
- Schedule and coordinate office events and meetings
- Provide administrative support such as receiving and distributing shipments, couriers, printing documents, filing, answer phone calls, welcome clients and visitors
- Assist management team with correspondence and proposals
- Produce charts and tables using Excel to support the projects of the Firm
- Assist with preparation of monthly invoices in Excel and issue to clients upon review and signature of the President
- Prepare contracts, agreements and correspondence
- Additional duties and tasks as assigned
Requirements/Skills
- Minimum 2years related experience
- Advanced knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including full professional proficiency in English required
- Familiarity with InDesign will be an asset
- Collaborative and professional work ethic
- Bilingual communication skills an asset (English and French)
- Postsecondary education a plus
