ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Award-winning, established Architectural Firm is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.

This position is 100% in-office.

Responsibilities

Provide general office support and assistance for management and employees
Schedule and coordinate office events and meetings
Provide administrative support such as receiving and distributing shipments, couriers, printing documents, filing, answer phone calls, welcome clients and visitors
Assist management team with correspondence and proposals
Produce charts and tables using Excel to support the projects of the Firm
Assist with preparation of monthly invoices in Excel and issue to clients upon review and signature of the President
Prepare contracts, agreements and correspondence
Additional duties and tasks as assigned

Requirements/Skills

Minimum 2years related experience
Advanced knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including full professional proficiency in English required
Familiarity with InDesign will be an asset
Collaborative and professional work ethic
Bilingual communication skills an asset (English and French)
Postsecondary education a plus
