A great opportunity awaits a highly passionate and motivated _Regional Director, People and Culture Experience_ in our Southern Ontario Business Unit.

Based in the _downtown Toronto office_
, this role provides a unique opportunity to take part in strategic engagement, attraction and talent development with the support of a high-performing local, regional and national team.

As a Regional Director, People and Culture Experience your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and inspire a highly engaged People and Culture (P&C) team, focused on helping all People Managers become exceptional People Managers
  • Collaborate as a business partner with the Southern Ontario leadership team to align and execute National Firm P&C strategies in support of business unit priorities and needs
  • Contribute to the development of Firmwide P&C strategies and tactics as a member of the P&C Leadership Team
  • Collaborate with and support People & Culture team members in National P&C Centres of Excellence to achieve business unit needs
  • Provide oversight of the cyclical HR processes and administration in our offices in Southern Ontario
  • Working to ensure effective and meaningful associated communication throughout the business unit
  • Working with your colleagues across the country to execute on the strategic P&C vision and share knowledge and best practices
  • Supporting our Inclusiveness Partner and Committee to achieve the Firm's Leading Inclusively mission
  • Travel throughout Southern Ontario

  • Exceptional relationship builder and proven ability to lead and inspire a team, articulate a vision and influence stakeholders
  • Prior experience as a strategic HR business partner, ideally within a professional services environment
  • Experience coaching leaders and building confidence in their own coaching skills
  • Experience working in a fastpaced atmosphere
  • Maintenance of strict confidentiality, as required
  • Knowledge of current legislation related to employment as well as current HR theories and practices including recruitment, policy and performance management
  • Solid judgment and effective interpersonal and facilitation skills
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines through strong organizational skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Coach accreditation or similar certification would be an asset
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a Human Resource Management role
  • Postsecondary education required; A Master's degree in Business or Psychology an asset, and HRrelated education and CHRP preferred
