About the Role - QA Analyst

Job Specifics

Collaborating with developers, designers and project managers to ensure products run smoothly and meet business requirements.
Manage multiple projects efficiently, allocating time and resources to the most pressing concerns on each project.
Oversee all aspects of the quality assurance process, including test creation, developing and executing test plans, verification and validation tests, establishing test metrics, maintaining KPIs, reviewing test effort estimates, release management, and reporting.
Implement best practices, including various testing protocols, tools, and device test matrices, to ensure quality standards are met.
Build positive relationships with team members to resolve software development problems.
Creating and improving test cases, test plans, processes and methodologies in our system.

Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in computer science, software engineering, or a similar field.
14 years of experience working as a QA Analyst.
Familiarity with JIRA, ClickUp, TestRail, Confluence, or other project management and defect management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, problemsolving and analytical skills.

Nice to Haves

Good knowledge of Postman, JMeter, and other API testing tools.
Familiarity with SQL, NoSQL, and data migrations.
Automated testing experience with Cypress, Selenium, Appium or other platforms would be considered an asset.
Knowledge of automated and batch scripts.
Experience as a business analyst; writing use cases, acceptance criteria or defining requirements for a project.
Familiarity in programming with C#, Dot Net, Java, Node.

JS or other general programming experience.

Knowledge of the Unity game engine
