Job Description:


Reporting to the Assets Supervisor, Global Partnerships, this position will be accountable for ensuring our team is set up to maximize existing and new inventory across our extensive portfolio of teams, venues and events.

In collaboration with internal and external partners, you will ensure that the Global Partnerships team is equipped to for executional excellence on all contractual obligations - some defined well in-advance, others within tight timelines.


The role

  • Ongoing maintenance of scheduling of existing and newly developed/deployed virtual signage inventory across the NHL and the NBA (along with future opportunities as they are created)
  • Updating, distributing and curating inventory grids to be shared to third party vendors and internal teams for line of sight.
  • Development of optimization strategies for unused/unsold inventory to both drive new revenue as well as augment existing contractual commitments.
  • Collaborating with outside vendors and stakeholders to ensure alignment on partner program details.
  • Ongoing reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) including: media valuation, duration of exposure, and more
  • Oversight of key workflow processes required for programming to go live, including working with internal and external traffic teams on delivery instructions, changes to creative and reporting of results following execution.
  • Ensure delivery of assets by liaising with internal and outside vendors as well as other parties involved in production and installation.
  • Assist with other departmental duties as the need arises.

Qualifications:


  • Postsecondary degree or diploma; preferably in a sports and/or marketingrelated discipline
  • Highly organizedyou collect data, curate assets and maintain guidelines and procedures daily for the greater GP team.
  • Understands the importance of a MLSE's brand and sports teams and strives to ensure all assets adhere to our visions and values.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, work under pressure & meet deadlines all with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in leading sophisticated projects with the ability to work in an environment with fluid structure and operations
  • Highlevel expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is essential
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to clearly present recommendations on how we can better use open inventory.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable with public speaking
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships both internally and externally
  • Ability to multitask and manage evolving priorities.
  • Shown to perform well under pressure.
  • Available to work evenings and weekends as required / when applicable.
  • A positive, winning approach, incorporating integrity, confidentially and discretion
