Position Highlights
Are you interested in working in Finance? As a well-organized individual, you will perform a variety of revenue reconciliation and
customer service functions in support of our corporate banking operations team. As a Treasury Operations Representative, your
responsibilities will include payment processing, updating customer accounts, reviewing reports, investigating discrepancies and
maintaining accurate records of receipts and payments.
Demonstrating a strong ability to concentrate, you must be able to produce accurate results when processing a large volume or
detailed and repetitive work. As someone who is calm under pressure, you can prioritize and handle large volumes of work.
Position Requirements
Applicants interested in this opportunity should have the following:
- Strong communication and customer service skills as this role works in a phone queue;
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to type accurately and efficiently;
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and cash handling banking practices is an asset;
- Working knowledge of SAP, generally accepted accounting principles and the Bills of Exchange Act is considered an asset
experience where customer service skills and knowledge of basic bookkeeping and banking practices have been learned.
