We are currently seeking an experienced Client Service Representative


General Description:
You will work cohesively with Sales, Logistics and Operations - managing customer contracts, quotes, customer service agreements
- including SOW checklists on key accounts with your exceptional computer, administrative & organization skills.


You will provide your Account Management expertise and leadership to support/coordinate activities, deal with issues & concerns and maintain overall Client Service Department objectives with orders and contracts.


Qualifications & Knowledge:


  • Minimum of two years' experience working in Customer Service.
  • College Diploma or University degree in Business.
  • Excellent Administrative/computer skills (word/excel/outlook).
  • Account Management experience
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced changing environment.
  • Exceptional listening skills. Ability to demonstrate patience and empathy while maintaining professionalism.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
