We need to support our partners efforts to fully leverage their Cisco investments and help them drive outcome-based value propositions delivered "as a service.

Our team seeks leaders excited to bring together the best of Cisco with our partner ecosystem to create exponential customer value and drive Cisco revenue growth within our largest partners, including Global SIs and Communications Service Providers.
In this role, you will join the Partner Managed and as-a-Service Acceleration team as a strategy & partner lifecycle lead to implement highly visible initiatives spanning partner offer launches, partner sales acceleration and enablement, and solving challenges to drive partner preference with Cisco across the lifecycle.
Specifically, you will lead a team focused on building joint GTM efforts with targeted dynamic partners to help them drive demand with target customers, activate their sellers around their Cisco solutions and engage Cisco sellers to facilitate joint selling activity.
You will work across Cisco's global teams and within the regions to make it simpler and easier for our partners to build pipeline and drive revenue with their Cisco Powered portfolio.
When a complex problem arises, you can quickly identify the root cause and break down silos to build solutions to move forward.
What You'll Do
In this position, you will lead a team focused on driving the execution of the MS Sales Acceleration function for our Global partners and develop the Global programs to support our regions Joint GTM efforts with large Communication Service Providers.
You will be a hands-on "doer" working closely with partners across Cisco to maximize the impact of our Managed Services Joint GTM efforts.
The leader will be responsible for the following activities:- Manage a team of Sales Business Development Managers focused on the driving the acceleration effort for our Global SIs
- Develop Joint GTM framework and best practices to share with regional MS Acceleration teams to drive Global MS programs
- Engage and coordinate with the regional Service Provider Channel teams to manage the execution of Global MS programs
- Develop governance and key performance indicators for tracking the efforts across Global and Regional teams
- Building strong relationships across Cisco's partner teams, both globally and in region, and specialist organization across all architectures
- Be the partner's voice, advocating for key partner care abouts that will drive preference for Cisco solutions in their portfolio

- Executive presence to drive alignment with leaders in Partner and Specialist organizations, and establish new initiatives, and drive a clear point of view on how to implement in a dynamic environment

- Datadriven and ability to analyze data to understand the market and find opportunities that inform strategy and GTM plans
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree is required, and an MBA is preferred Or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10+ years of related experience.
- 3+ years experience in channel leadership with a focus on acceleration and joint GTM
- 3+ years experience in sales strategy, business development, and sales operations
- Strong knowledge of managing alliances between large, dynamic organizations
