Compugen is seeking an experienced

project manager

with extensive certification and training as a

cybersecurity professiona

l is required to for planning, executing, and finalizing projects related to information security. This includes identifying and managing project risks, coordinating resources, and ensuring that project goals and objectives are met within the defined scope, time, and budget.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage and coordinate the efforts of teams of cybersecurity professionals to ensure the successful delivery of planned cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Manage projects during the initiation, design, development, implementation, and operations startup.
  • Ensure that required resources are made available and that projects are delivered ontime and within planned cost and performance parameters.
  • Lead project delivery through a combination of waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
  • Follow approved procurement processes for the acquisition and procurement of cybersecurity tools and services. Draft and manage Request for Proposals (RFP's).
  • Ensure that supply chain, system, network, performance, and cybersecurity requirements are considered in contract language and are delivered.
  • Anticipate and track project risks and issues which may negatively impact successful project delivery. Develop and recommend solutions to mitigate these risks.
  • Define and document the objectives for the projects; determine budgetary requirements, the composition, roles and responsibilities and terms of reference for the project team.
  • Track and report progress of the project on an ongoing basis and at scheduled points in the life cycle.
  • Meet with project stakeholders and other project managers to coordinate resourcing, solution delivery, and resolve project issues.
  • Prepare plans, charts, tables and diagrams to assist in analyzing or displaying problems; work with a variety of project management tools, including Azure DevOps, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Project.
  • Manage Project Change Requests effectively through the approved Change Management process.
  • Develop and support project baseline schedules.
  • Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures and other project tracking and reporting requirements, as required

Qualifications:


  • At least five years of experience leading cybersecurity projects with a demonstrable track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
  • The ability to handle leading multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field is highly desirable, such as business administration, management, engineering or computer science.
  • Industryrecognized project management certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or CSM are high desirable.
  • Industryrecognized cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CGEIT, are highly desirable.
