Your Role as an RV Parts/Service Advisor:
Assisting customers in identifying and ordering the right parts and accessories for their RVs.

Coordinating service appointments and ensuring timely completion of work.

Submitting warranty claims accurately and efficiently, ensuring our customers' satisfaction.

Ordering parts and maintaining inventory to meet service department needs.

Providing expert advice and guidance on maintenance and repairs.

Offering exceptional customer service to create lasting relationships.

Staying up-to-date with the latest RV trends and technologies.


Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:
