Job Description:
As an administrative assistant, your multidisciplinary skills will be an asset in working with several teams such as Human Resources, Corporate Services and Legal Affairs.
Within the Human Resources department, your tasks will be many and varied. Your thoroughness and autonomy will be required from talent acquisition to HR operations management, including training and skills development.
- Support the Training and Employee Services team
- Follow up on training feedback and attendance sheets
- Help with the management of employee files
- Assist in the planning and organization of recognition activities
- Corporate Services and Legal Affairs will also need your collaboration and confidentiality for various administrative tasks.
- Assist in the renewal of insurance certificates
- Provide support in the drafting and revision of contractual and legal documents
- Perform some accounting tasks and followups with governmental authorities.
Qualifications:
- More than 5 years of office experience
- Diploma in bureaucracy or any other relevant experience
- Proficiency in MSOffice suite, including Word and PPT
- Proficiency in French and English for editing and writing documents
- Availability to replace staff at the front desk, when required
- Ability to work in collaboration with several teams
- Demonstrate autonomy, resourcefulness, and versatility
