Co-op/Intern Programming is offered with select Co-op and Internship roles, and is designed to help you better understand the TD business, build on critical career capabilities, and broaden your professional network.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the Fraud Risk Assessment (FRA) program with the Managers.
- Conduct fraud risk assessments with the FRA manager in conjunction with business line managers/staff.
- The intern is accountable on planning yearly fraud risk assessments using riskbased approach and coordinating with businesses regarding meeting timelines to conduct FRA's
- Responsible for collecting and analyzing necessary data provided by Businesses during assessment, to rate inherent risk based on impact, likelihood, and speed of onset.
- Responsible for maintaining the Fraud Risk Assessment tool and adding new products/channels.
- Work with the businesses in closing the action plans on timely manner.
- Develop, maintain, and implement policies procedures, reports, dashboards, and training on various risk management related topics for various audiences including the board.
- Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetite
- Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation, and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interest
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an
undergraduate degree majoring in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Financial Analysis, Risk Management, Computer Science or equivalent - Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree with the intent of going back to school at of the start of your work term
- Proven ability to effectively work with others to deliver projects ontime
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills and written skills. Must have the ability to comfortably interact & communicate with all levels of the organization
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proactive approach to problemsolving and prioritization complemented by strong decisionmaking capability
- SharePoint and MS Visio experience are considered an asset
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Selfmotivated and goaloriented
Additional Information
- This position is a 4month work term and will commence May 1st

LOCATION
Potential of "Flexible Hybrid" work centered in Toronto, with the ability to support remote work within the TD footprint. TD requires employees to reside in the country where the role is located, irrespective of remote working arrangements.
