You will support the marketing strategy, brand planning, marketing operations and execution for the continued growth of our brand. In this role, you should be highly creative and have a sharp eye for details.


_What you will be doing:
_


  • Learn the products we are selling by playing the games and proactively understand what customer challenges may arise during rollout.
  • Create howto videos to communicate basic awareness to new and existing customers (Configurations, Deployments, New Product Features, etc.).
  • Work with the Sales team to create videos to help new and current customers stay connected to our many product offerings.
  • Work with the Technical Support team to understand the customer feedback they are receiving and find ways to reduce their incoming calls by creating FAQ's, basic training videos or troubleshooting videos.
  • Liaise with software developers, game designers and product managers to help you understand the product and value it provides for our customers and find ways to translate that into our social media presence.
  • Publish digital marketing content online.
  • Measure digital traffic.
  • Monitor social media and Google Analytics.
  • Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders.
  • Scale campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor project status and budget.
  • Manage Social Media platforms.
  • Research and analyze the target market, current market conditions, and successful competitor information to assist in formulating strategies to expand brand recognition and achieve overall success in the promotion of existing and future products.
  • Create customer communication materials including newsletters, marketing brochures, feature publications, blogs, etc.
  • Use social media, customer knowledge and business strategy to successfully execute your duties.
  • Contribute ideas for advertising content when required.
  • Maintain brand standards including image, message, style, icons, and logo usage.
  • Create the marketing and design for tradeshow exhibits. This includes budgeting, designing and updating backdrops and banners, designing floor layouts, sales materials, training materials and branding.
  • Coordinate holiday appreciation gifts for customers and distributors.
  • Plan company social events

_What you need to Succeed:
_


  • Postsecondary education with a focus on Business, Marketing or Commerce.
  • Experience with Social Media Platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities across several assignments and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to resolve any minor conflicts/issues and escalate to others as appropriate.
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You're an excellent copywriter and have experience writing blogs and website content.
  • You have excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • You're a team player, willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
  • You are an A+ collaborator.
  • You are a highly detailoriented individual.
  • You are passionate about what you do

Requirements:


  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience
  • 3+ years of social media marketing experience
  • 3+ years of SEO/SEM experience
  • 3+ years working with Google Analytics and Google Ads
  • 3+ years working with Facebook Ads Manager

Salary:
$60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
