Health infrastructure team, is responsible for delivery of accommodation projects, including acquisition, fitting up and reconfiguring office space to meet operational requirements.

Providing project management expertise to the FNHA Accommodation staff and stakeholder groups. To meet the changing operational needs of the team, we are looking for a Tenant Improvement Project Manager to join and support us in this important work

About the role

About you

  • To be successful in this role you will have: _
- _Bachelor's or Associates degree in any planning or engineering discipline plus four (4) years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience._
- _Building Trades Certification is an Asset._
- _4 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience._
- _Building Trades experience a definite asset including the ability to read and understand project design drawings and other documentation, such as contractor prepared shop drawings._
- _Minimum requirement for Class 5 drivers license._
- _Basic knowledge of First Nations traditions, customs and etiquette._
- _Knowledge of the concepts, practices, methods, and techniques pertaining to building design. _
- _Working experience with Microsoft Office Products including Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excell, Powerpoint. (Experience with Digital Drafting programs such as ACAD is an Asset)_

We have a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for all employees at First Nations Health Authority. This policy requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
