Product & Client Service Associate to join our
-
CC&L Funds Inc. team for an 18-month contract, with potential to extend. This will be a great opportunity to learn and grow through a variety of projects and initiatives in the retail business for one of Canada's leading institutional asset managers. Our offices currently operate on a hybrid model with a combination of in office and remote working days throughout the week.

What You Will do

Servicing a client base of leading Canadian investment dealers and Investment Advisors by gaining familiarity with CC&L Funds' business and platform of investment products and services, and the business and support functions of CC&L Financial Group
Supporting the CC&L Funds sales team by responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, with support from internal operational and data teams
Working with internal and external support teams to address ongoing operational issues and client inquiries
Acting as a liaison between the CC&L Funds sales team and the Marketing group to customize presentation materials
Contributing to improving and streamlining the service model and operational procedures
Participating in ad hoc projects and special assignments as needed

What You Bring

1 to 5 years of related or transferable work experience, ideally within the financial services industry
Undergraduate degree, preferably in a related field and/or relevant work experience in a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Experienced working independently, as well as in partnership with other team members
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with a proven ability to multitask and work autonomously
Good judgment coupled with the ability to set clear expectations and make sound decisions
Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Understanding of Canadian funds/managed product industry or equivalent experience is an asset
