Where We Work:

What You Would Do in This Role:
The IT Support Analyst supports Vista end users' desktop experience

Duties include:

Installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations for end users
Installing, configuring, and maintaining printers, scanners, and plotters
Installing software
Diagnosing, resolving, and documenting software and hardware incidents
Utilizing a ticketing system to track and document software and hardware incidents
Creating end user documentation
Working with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems
Maintaining the organization's Active Directory
Performing SCCM maintenance
Ensuring the organization's information governance policies are followed
Performing other duties as requested

Requirements:

High School Diploma
Knowledge of networking and resolving connectivity issues
Knowledge of Active Directory and SCCM maintenance
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Willing to work varying schedules to ensure coverage within the department
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass a criminal background check

Preferred:

Technical Certificate, Associate, or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
02 years of experience in a similar role
