_Purpose of Role _
We are seeking a qualified customer service representative (CSR)/administrative assistant to provide high-level
customer service to LegalShield members; while providing full administrative assistance to the department.

**_Working Conditions
- *
  • Full time approximately 37.5 hrs/week (8:30am to 5:00pm)**
  • Days required to work: Monday to Friday
  • Fully remote, telecommute work environment**
  • Repetitive work
  • Overtime may be required
**_Key Responsibilities
- *
  • Manage over 60 incoming member calls per day
  • Make outgoing calls to members and various stakeholders
  • Take accurate call notes and update the LegalShield database
  • Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues via telephone
  • General administrative duties, including but not limited to scheduling, transcribing, faxing, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned
**_Education/Skills, Knowledge and Abilities/Attributes
- *
  • Secondary School Diploma required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service is preferred
  • An understanding of legal terminology is an asset
  • Experience with software: Word and Outlook, PCLaw (an asset)**
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with mínimal supervision
- Works well under pressure, manage priorities and meet deadlines*
