What does a typical day look like for an Optometric Assistant?

Greeting customers with courtesy and professionalism;
Making appointments, eye exam reminders, and eye exam confirmations;
Creating and updating patient files;
Performing tests prior to eye exam;
Supervising eye exam payment and producing endofday reports;
Other administrative tasks.

Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

Salary:
$18.00-$22.50 per hour
