Job Function Overview
As part of a growing, dynamic manufacturing company we are looking for an experienced, reliable, and task oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO & President along with other members of senior management.
Group Executive Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate internal communication (Eg., distribute information and schedule presentations)
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Coordinate daily calendars of senior managers
- Support corporate events as required
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Create regular reports and update internal databases
- Respond promptly to managers' queries
- Self starter and autonomous with their work
- Other various administrative duties as may be required
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 510 years of previous experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management
- Solid experience of full MS Office suite with technological savvy to adapt to changing systems
- Strong organizational, project management and problemsolving skills with impeccable multitasking abilities
- Proficient with online calendars and cloud systems
- Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Able to converse in English and French, preferred
