Commercial Insurance Sales
Make your mark as a top Digital Sales Expert in a growing industry. Our Digital Sales Team is Western's fastest growing sales channel, which uses internal leads to drive organic growth.
To succeed you will
- Conduct sales calls for new online leads provided to you by the Business
- Upsell & crosssell when talking to customers on all our insurance products
- Best match client needs to insurance company offerings
- Prospect and upsell when talking to customers on all lines of business sold
- Liaise between client and external insurance partners to ensure fair and proper representation for both parties
- Continuous selfdevelopment, through industry and community involvement, and industry related courses
What you already have
- RIBO License and insurance industry knowledge is an asset
- Sales experience required
- Experience providing excellent customer service
- Experience managing a book of business or relatable work experience
- A desire to learn our systems and processes. If you don't know something, ask
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt in the face of adversity
- Passionate about helping people, selfdriven, and determined to succeed
