Description:
The Public Mobile team is dynamic, driven, fast-paced, and highly engaged. Together, the team is responsible for the end-to-end success of the Public brand and business as a whole.

Our team has direct responsibility, or supporting leadership, for all '4 Ps' of the marketing mix to drive our business goals.


Here's what we will accomplish together:

In this role you will be responsible for leading the team tasked with driving category momentum through the curation of our customers.

This starts with the acquisition of the customer and ensures a compelling value prop through product offerings that resonate with existing and prospective customers.

You and your team will realize this by building dynamic offerings, integrating cross-portfolio products, sound decision making in a hyper-competitive market and optimization of our investments to drive the best outcomes all with thoughtful and flawless market coordination and execution.


Here's how:


  • Focus on tactical customer acquisition and growth strategy to meet business goals using 4Ps to ensure success
  • Develop productbased value props and thought leadership informs nearterm outcomes and longterm roadmap
  • P&L Owner, making decisions that ensure volume & ebitda outcomes with a focus on new customer growth
  • Leverage and inform the continuous improvements of the customeroriented tools that drive competitive advantages and ultimately growth within the category

Qualifications:


Great-to-haves:


  • Working experience in marketing as a people manager
  • Wireless telecommunications and/or technologybased industry experience is an asset
  • Working as a team on projects comprised of a wide range of integrated marketing activities
