IT COOP (Hybrid)**We are currently looking to add a highly motivated
IT COOP to our growing organization. The IT COOP will be responsible for providing technical support to employees and ensuring the availability of the systems and network as well as assisting in improving security and its efficiency and addressing security concerns. If this sounds like the right role for you, keep reading

Essential Functions

Installing, maintaining, upgrading, and supporting software
Helping setup computers/laptops
Providing day to day support by responding to user problem and requests
Ensuring network security and compliance requirements are met
Maintaining inventory and software databases
Software patching and networking activities as required
Other Duties as assigned

Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Must be enrolled in an IT, Computer Science or related field program at a College/University
Excellent English communication skills both written and oral
Advance excel skills and Microsoft Office skills
Basic experience in IT administration, desktop support, or help desk.
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks.
