Service Advisor.

You will play a key role in curating the service experience for our valued customers who service their vehicles at our dealership.

Your love of cars & dealing with the public coupled with your commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service will ensure your success as a Service Advisor.

Your Day to Day:

Respond to customer requests for information, maintenance or repair
Obtain all the necessary information to identify and propose the repairs and/or maintenance work required on the vehicle
Manage customer maintenance and repair requests
Follow up on workshop work and inform clients

What You Bring to the Table:

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a technical advisor
Excellent computer skills (CDK, Google Drive an asset)
Fluently bilingual, spoken and written
Honest, professional, structured and courteous
Excellent references and demonstrated customer service skills
Ease and interest in working in a team
Knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz product is an asset
Wants to take on new challenges
