We'd love to have you on board Eddyfi Technologies is looking for Procurement Specialist to join the procurement team


Your daily life:


As a key member of the team, you will be expected to participate in the planning of material resources for the production of high-value instruments and equipment.

Your strong sense of responsibility and good judgment will serve you well in your new role. You will need to use your analytical skills to make informed decisions.

Your good work methods will be put forward in order to carry out effective inventory control for components purchased in Quebec and abroad.


In this role you will:


  • Prepare bids and negotiate prices, deliveries and packaging in order to optimize the best cost of acquisition;
  • Prepare and transmit purchase orders;
  • Research and negotiate with approved suppliers;
  • Identify and select suppliers based on delivery times, price, quality and service;
  • Follow up and follow up with suppliers;
  • Ensure that inventory shortages are avoided while optimizing inventory levels;
  • Ensure compliance with the procedures and requirements of Eddyfi's quality system;
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of manufacturing operations;
  • All other related tasks.

What We're Looking For:


  • You have a degree in Administration, Procurement option or other related field;
  • You have two years of relevant experience;
  • You have an excellent knowledge of the Office suite;
  • You have knowledge of inventory control and manufacturing operations;
  • You have an excellent time and priority management skills;
  • You have knowledge of the SAP system (an asset);
  • You have knowledge of electronic components and machining (an asset)
  • You are rigorous, autonomous and have the ability to work in a team;
  • You have an excellent ability to express yourself and write in English.
