Location:
Cambridge and Kitchener

As a
part-time Wine Merchant/Key Holder you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional customer experience. Engaging the customer from the moment they enter the store to their lasting impressions.

Your role:
- assist in product selection and provide knowledgeable information on food pairings

Opening and closing of the store
Point of Sale (POS) as required including sales reconciliation
Merchandising
Execute all marketing and operational programs
Ability to lift up to 25 kg.
Must be available to work evenings, afternoons and alternate weekends.
Steel toe shoes required

Must Bring:
Keyholder retail experience, minimum 2 years.

Previous wine, beer and spirit knowledge will be considered an asset:

Smart Serve Certification or willing to obtain:
Strong communication skills
Positive and outgoing attitude
Ability to sell and cross sell products
Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
