Established in 1898, Crofton House School (CHS) is one of Canada's leading independent schools for girls.

Located on the west side of Vancouver, Crofton House School is home to over 900 students from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 12 and almost 200 outstanding staff.

Reporting to the Head of School, the Deputy Head, Community Engagement has overall responsibility for constituent relations through strategic leadership and integration of the School's admissions and enrolment, communications and marketing, and advancement functions.

In addition, the Deputy Head leads the development of opportunities to engage with the broader community through outreach and partnership initiatives.

Finally, the Deputy Head provides leadership to the day-to-day school operations when acting for the Head of School in her absence.
