A career as a Business Analyst in the Card Domain team at National Bank, you'll liaise with business teams and delivery teams.


You'll work in Agile mode and will be part of a squad that manages and delivers business and technology projects for different sectors.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to use your business analysis skills to help implement new technologies and make a positive impact on our organization.


Your job

  • Support product owners, business line partners and IT teams in their decisionmaking and deliveries
  • Define the scope of processes to be optimized and proactively take charge of planning activities for the various deliverables
  • Lead workshops with multiple stakeholders with varied levels and expertise
  • Model current and target processes based on the Bank's existing mapping practices
  • Carry out high level and detailed impact analyses on all angles of processes, with the help of experts
  • Define and identify user test scenarios and support users with operational transfer
  • Make proposals for change management strategies for users of the solution.

Your team


The IT team is made up of more than 2,300 proactive, collaborative experts who work with agility to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology, and continuously improve our processes.


As part of the Card Domain, you'll be on a large team of 200 colleagues, and you'll report to Delivery Manager.

As part of an experienced team dedicated to the transformation of Domaine Cartes, you will contribute to projects in a team composed of project managers, business analysts and quality assurance.

Prerequisites

  • University degree in a related field and several years of relevant experience
  • Business analysis skills in a techbased ecosystem
  • Experience in the endtoend transformation of business processes
  • Knowledge of business process improvement and mapping: Business Capacities, modeling, BPMN, Lean approach
  • Experience with testing scenarios and user support
  • Ability to think strategically, analytical, synthesis and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Atlassian suite tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
