Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service
  • Cash Control, Inventory Control
  • Stock and Rotate Inventory (FIFO) in Coolers to ensure rails are full
  • Arrange Faces and Cartons Accurately
  • Stock Pallets in Cooler from Warehouse
  • Operate Pallet Truck, Forklift, and Keg Lift
  • Upsell to Customers to beer deals
  • Upsell Merchandise to Customers
  • Product/Brand Knowledge of Labatt, our Beers and Tour Program
  • Able to lift 33 pounds and assist in loading kegs
  • Sell beer accordingly to Smart Serve Regulations
  • Clean and Tidy work environment
  • HACCP and BRC guidelines

Job Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Customer service experience an asset
  • Demonstrated merchandising experience
  • Previous experience dealing with significant amounts of cash
  • Smart Serve training mandatory
  • Adept knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
