Description

Responsibilities:


  • Operate switch board by answering incoming telephone calls and directing calls to appropriate internal staff.
  • Greet visitors and inform staff of visitors' arrival.
  • Responsible for all incoming mail, which includes opening mail, ensuring all documents reach the appropriate person in a timely manner.
  • Complete registrations and process payments for a variety of courses.
  • Provide accurate information and answer questions regarding ASC programming
  • Ensure any deliveries or orders reach the appropriate person
  • Processing and tracking memberships
  • Creating and updating spreadsheets for special projects
  • Ensure that public & reception areas are well
- maintained.

  • Assist with office and accounting projects as assigned
  • Setting holiday closure signage
  • Learn various safety program curriculums and instruct them to children aged 31
  • Teach children aged 313 about pedestrian, traffic, fire, bicycle environmental, home alone and babysitter safety.

Requirements:


  • 2 years of reception/front desk/office coordination experience
  • Must adhere to office protocols ensuring health and safety of all staff
  • Professional in dress code and demeanor with strong customer service acumen
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with all levels of an organization and with external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing and able to adapt to change
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)

$33,150.00-$35,100.00 per year

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
