Description
Building Superintendent for a condo building on Markham Road in Markham - near Bur Oak AvenueTHIS IS NOT A LIVE IN POSITION.
YOU WILL NEED TO COMMUTE DAILY FROM YOUR HOME TO THE JOB SITE.
Duties to include:
- You
DO NOT collect rent from tenants. - Maintain compactor room and garbage area, move garbage bins and clean them when emptied.
- Perform daily inspection of electrical and mechanical systems and perform maintenance as required.
- Basic cleaning of various areas of the building, minor repairs such as drywall, and minor painting. Other duties as required.
- Monday to Friday
AND Saturday and Sunday 9:00 Am to 1:00 PM
Salary:
From $18.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Markham, ON L6E 0T9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Superintendent: 1 year (preferred)
- Janitorial: 1 year (preferred)
