Inside Sales - Solutions & Services

Position Summary:

Provide sales and administration support for the Rockwell Automation Solutions and Services portfolio of offerings.


Major Responsibilities:


  • Work directly with the Graybar Canada
  • Services Specialist as Inside Sales support.
  • Proposal creation and coordination of services activities (field service, asset management, training, tech support, repairs, etc.).
  • Assistance and coordination of automationfocused events (instructor led training and trade shows).
  • Work with Graybar Canada Marketing and the Services Specialist to create advertising documents.
  • Use Salesforce, SAP, Infor and Microsoft software's on a daily basis.
  • Create and maintain good relations with colleagues, vendors and customers.
  • Provide high end customer service and professionalism.

Sales Leadership:


  • Strong skills are required, both oneonone and within a group setting.
  • Ability to effectively utilize presentation/sales tools including, but not limited to, Microsoft Suite of Software, Outlook, etc.
  • Ability to multitask in an organized and fastpaced manner.

Preferred Skills & Experience:


  • University degree or diploma in Business Administration or equivalent industry experience with at least three to five years of relevant sales experience.
  • Sales or customer service experience would be considered an asset.
  • Strong understanding of wholesale distribution industry is an asset.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills required.
  • Must exhibit excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Willingness and desire to participate in ongoing training to maintain technical competency in Automation.
