Job Description:
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working as part of a small team, and actively participating in the collaborative process and procedure development.
Responsibilities:
- Visit customer locations to handle deployment, troubleshooting, or service migration, representing XBASE to its customers.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues, as necessary.
- Educate customers on the use of all related XBASE products and services.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant IT support experience required.
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and willingness to provide a driver's abstract annually.
- Ability to work a flexible and rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, occasional overnights, and oncall shifts.
- Ability to multitask and work independently, with strong decisionmaking skills in potentially highstress situations.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of network troubleshooting and network management tools.
- Technical degree or certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, CCDP; Juniper JNCIA, JNCIS, Fortinet NSE, or other networking certifications.
- Experience with Ubuntu and/or CentOS Linux.
Schedule:
- 8hour shifts
Supplemental Pay Types:
- Bonus pay

Qualifications Considered Assets:
- Help desk experience (2 years preferred)
- Restaurant experience (2 years preferred)
- Proficiency in Grade 5 French (preferred)
- Microsoft Certification (preferred)
- Cisco Certification (preferred)
