A Bell Media's property, CTV is a leader in premium content creation, with a powerful suite of specialty channels streaming on and the CTV app.


Responsibilities:


  • Building offline and online marketing campaigns for exciting Bell media brands including CTV, CTV Comedy, Life, Sci-Fi, Drama, Discovery with a potential to support radio brands such as iHeartRadio, CHUM 104.5 and Virgin Radio
  • Bringing new ideas to the table in various areas of the work including in the process of content creation, storytelling and building marketing strategies
  • Working alongside the Marketing Manager to carry out national campaigns, including managing design requests and highly detailed workback schedules to ensure campaigns are implemented on time and on brand
  • Executing building briefs and delivering marketing assets to our creative and media teams
  • Tracking ongoing digital marketing campaign performance, inclusive of working with internal media agency to setup and optimize targeted paid campaigns
  • Contributing to the development of marketing promotions and initiatives, including stakeholder management with internal and external teams, and delivering materials to suppliers internally and externally

Responsibilities (continued):


  • Building PowerPoint decks to report on marketing campaign initiatives, results and recommendations
  • Driving a social media strategy, including scheduling assets and drafting copy, to support key priorities and drive traffic to digital properties
  • Working with our media agency to setup and optimize targeted paid campaigns across social and digital, and analyzing monthly reports with the aim to improve strategy
  • Participating in promotional kickoff meetings to develop ideas and communicate longterm plans with a variety of stakeholders
  • Effectively liaise with crossfunctional teams (creative, media, digital, publicity, programming, sales/brand partnerships) to ensure marketing initiatives are initiated and completed in a timely and processoriented manner
  • Processing invoices and maintaining accurate budget control reports and accruals
  • Providing daytoday administrative support
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:


  • Post-Secondary degree/diploma with a focus on marketing or media is preferred
  • TV, film, and digital media enthusiast with a passion for entertainment & pop culture
  • Must have an analytical mindset and be comfortable with reporting on digital performance metrics
  • Must possess strong time management and organizational skills, handling multiple projects with a variety of deadline priorities with strong attention to detail
  • Sociable, creative, resourceful, and enthusiastic, and an ultimate team player who is constantly looking to improve
  • A selfstarter with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Photoshop
  • Work experience in marketing, social media, analytics or media considered an asset
  • Content creation experience considered an asset
