ABOUT US
Sun Valley Window Cleaners is based out of Kelowna, BC, and has been doing business in the Okanagan area under new ownership since January 2022.
- Start Time is generally 7:00/7:30AM Monday
- Friday, with some weekends. Our season runs from (Mid-March to October/November, weather dependent). Daily 30minute unpaid lunch breaks are required.
- Minimum of 3 years experience professionally cleaning windows is mandatory for this position.
- Must be able to operate a crew of 4 people effectively and efficiently on various types of job sites.
- Valid drivers license & clean drivers abstract.
- Valid Fall Protection and Mobile Elevating Work Platform (lift) certification required. (First aid training is preferred not mandatory).
- Working outdoors in all elements sun, rain, wind, cold. Working indoors customer service, thoughtfulness, tact.
- We are based out of Kelowna. However, travel to Vernon, Kamloops, Penticton, Osoyoos, etc. is required. Company vehicles and fuel are provided.
- Able to multitask and think ahead and problem solve within the team and individually.
- Able to lift, carry, or operate equipment like extension ladders, buckets of water, hoses, pressure washers, waterfed pole systems, etc.
- Jobber app download is required. (Daily clock in/out on job sites and timesheets, detailed job note taking, scheduling, and client communication).
WAGES
- Wages starting from $28.50 per hour. Pay depends upon qualifications and experience.
- Raises and bonuses are performance based.
