Your opportunity:


Reporting to the Associate Director, Enrolment IT Systems & Processes, this role is the first point of contact for receiving requests related to the operations of the unit.

The Registrarial Processes Administrator receives, monitors and coordinates the fulfilment of service tickets. This work involves the coordination of a variety of digital platforms across the Office of the Faculty Registrar.

The Registrarial Processes Administrator is responsible for running operational data queries, updating digital platforms, updates service tickets in various platforms, etc.

This role provides support to the Associate Director, Enrolment IT Systems & Processes in the day-to-day operations of the unit and supports a variety of stakeholders with operational systems, access, digitalization, data and process needs.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Updating and maintaining database records
  • Producing complex statistical information
  • Generating reports
  • Running queries to gather data
  • Analyzing complex statistical reports and/or financial information for management decisionmaking
  • Disseminating data reports
  • Training endusers on procedures and the use of supported IT systems
  • Providing orientation to others on work procedures and practices

Essential Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.
  • Minimum three (3) years of recent and related experience in a registrarial or technical role coordinating digital platforms.
  • Experience working with database operations and Student Information System tables (e.g, ROSI)
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Demonstrated experience in writing complex specifications based on system requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in running queries and analyzing reports.
  • Superior analytical, organizational and problemsolving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and client service orientation.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
