  • OVERTIME: After 8 hours in a day, or 40 hours in a week

LOA:$155 daily subsistence if further than 100km radius from site

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Must have an Apprentice Pipefitter Ticket/Journeyperson Card from a recognized provincial training authority OR Proof of Hours
  • Must have experience working at heights
  • Must be willing to attend safety training (paid by WorleyCord): CSTS, H2S, WHMIS2015, EWP, Fall Protection, Confined Space
  • Must have demonstrated ability to work under mínimal supervision
  • Previous modular experience is an asset
  • Work will be primarily outdoors in various weather conditions

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Apply, remove and repair thermal and acoustical insulation (e.g. calcium silicate, foam glass, mineral wool, Styrofoam, fiberglass) on all types of industrial equipment(e.g. heat exchangers, tanks, vessels, piping).Read diagrams and schematic drawings and service manuals to determine insulation requirements.
  • Measure, cut, fit and install insulating material and coverings to the required shape and dimension.
  • Previous industrial construction experience

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:


  • 10 hour days
  • 45 day 6/1 shift or 9/80 shift, work local to the Edmonton area
  • Work will be primarily outdoors in various weather conditions

$26.67-$44.45 per hour
