Job Description:


The Certified Electronic Technician will work with our glassware inspection systems and some new technology manufacturing systems: robotics, vision systems, PLCs, etc.

The technician will monitor inspection and electronics equipment on the cold end.


Qualifications:


The Certified Electronic Technician should have:

  • Electrical control circuit knowledge
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Knowledge of PLCs
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to read blueprints, diagrams and drawings

The Certified Electronic Technician will:


  • Troubleshoot, setup, circuit repair and calibrate automated glass container inspection
  • Measure/test equipment including: digital, analog circuits and related components within the equipment

Qualifications

Must be a Certified Electronic Technician (CET):

  • Two years of relevant work experience within a
    plant is preferred.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada on a fulltime basis

Hourly Wage:
The hourly wage for this position is $40.37
