Position Overview

Children and Youth - for children aged 5 to 18 years

Community programs in the above areas are provided at various times and locations throughout Burlington.

Program staff report to the Recreation Programmer/ Recreation Coordinator and typically work 1 to 3 shifts per week per program.

Hours of work will vary with position title and will vary dependent on program need. These positions will work up to 10 months between September and June.

Responsibilities

Program Staff are responsible for planning and implementing creative and varied programs to meet the needs and interests of all participants.

Successful applicants will be responsible for the safety and supervision of participants both on and offsite and are expected to implement and participate in activities.

All staff must adhere to all health and safety regulations at all times.
