In your role, you will:

Elaborate short and long capacity plans (manpower and hangar space)
Harmonize production plans
Communicate production plans and alterations
Follow business adherence plan (Cycle and late hours to master plan)
Create and maintain performance reports
Prepare scenario to support manufacturing strategies
Visibility of the impact on the workforce (by trade and position according to the synchronized installation sequence provided by Industrial Engineering);
Visibility of the impact on the space;
Risks of each of the scenarios;
Recommendation of one of the scenarios
Maintain dates in the ERP system
Participate in production governance
Support / participate to improvement projects

Qualifications

You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Industrial engineering or operations management
You have a minimum of two years (2) of relevant experience in planning
You are very efficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project)
You must have organization skills, the time management, and you are autonomous
You have experience in a manufacturing industry; it is a strong asset
You have good analytical skills, planning, problem solving and good interpersonal skills
You have an open mind and team spirit.
You demonstrated strong skills for communication, and you are focused on results while having a team spirit.
