Position Description
This full-time role may require traveling (up to 20%) to various domestic and international destinations as necessary to support business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage and direct resources to fulfill dynamic and timecritical testing requirements and requests
- Assist in maintaining a rigorous system of recruitment, training, and continuous improvement across all assigned areas
- Ensure that all personnels are properly equipped to execute tests, working with crossfunctional teams as needed to maximize throughput
- Dispatch and monitor active test vehicle fleet, minimize operational downtime
- Frequently participates in active test executions and remain handson
- Ensure quality data delivery to be onschedule, including supporting adhoc requests and special operational requests
- Maintain open and constant communication with direct reports, and quickly escalate any roadblocks
- Ensure all aspects and areas of the ADAS team under the supervisor's responsibility are ready and equipped for testing, while maintaining strict oversight of testing plans and timelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience in related fields, particularly vehicle/computer engineering, business administration, or similar
- Minimum 2 years of invehicle testing experience
- Familiarity with and a working understanding of ADAS technology, including sensors, onboard hardware/firmware
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to take initiatives
- Command line interface experience is beneficial, as is comfort and familiarity with vehicleinterface technology
- Familiarity/experience with basic vehicle diagnostic tools
- Unwavering commitment to safety and security, maintaining a high standard for all the work performed within the supervisor's operational domain
- Excellent communication skills, plus excellent written and spoken English.
Fluent French language skills (reading, writing) required
