Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of beverages in a timely and efficient manner.

Your friendly demeanor and ability to multitask will contribute to creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our patrons.

Duties:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences
Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on drink selections
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses, utensils, and bar equipment
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations to ensure the health and safety of guests
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments, providing change, and maintaining a balanced cash drawer
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Monitor alcohol consumption of guests to prevent overintoxication and ensure a safe environment
Stay updated on current beverage trends, new products, and promotions Skills:
Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry preferred
Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
Proficient in cash handling and cashiering procedures
Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and managing inventory
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
