Regional Sales Manager - North York, Canada - HairClub
Description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide coaching, training, and development to sales team and centers**:Train, develop and coach consultants to improve effectiveness in sales, customer service, and center process to grow client count and total center revenue. Proactively ensures memberships are managed daily through the review of benefits, room visits and proper follow through that are conducted by center staff. Provide feedback to Regional Vice President of Sales ("RVPS") and Regional Vice President ("RVP") on employee interactions with members to provide a positive experience. Make recommendation and implement to improve client experience. Participate in or facilitates meetings such as new member protocol and other staff meetings as required. Assess and regularly monitor training needs of all consultants.
Drive center sales and client growth: Collaborate with the team to generate sales, including upgrades, conversions through in-center promotions, open houses, and referrals. Work with the individual performer (consultant) and collaborate with the team (Manager, Regional Teams) to improve specific center sales.
Ensures Sales Compliance and Mitigates risk:Comply with all HairClub Business Rules and HairClub Professional Standards when assisting to achieve individual and company goals.
Performs other duties as required
KEY MEASURES OF SUCCESS:
- Monthly Recurring Sales goals above budget expectations
- Meet or exceed regional revenue target.
- Meet or exceed membership count targets through retention and conversions.
- Meet National Pricing and AR target.
- Maximize annual membership renewal rate within region.
- Ensures all Client Relationship Managers have received training and development to achieve goals.
- Supports RVPS to achieve monthly New Business Sales goals above budget expectations:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree with a major in business preferred or equivalent working experience.
- Multi-Unit management Expertise preferred.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
- Excellent communication, instructional, interpersonal, and strong organizational skills
- Excellent sales and customer service skills; leads by example
- Goaloriented, with ability to motivate team to a desired outcome.
- Ability to work with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Teams, Client Relationship Management (CRM) software (Salesforce etc.), Point of Sale (POS) and other technology as needed.
