    Seaside Paper Products is seeking to hire a Machine Operator to run our Heiber machine. This is a folding machine used to make take-out containers for the food and beverage industry. The rate is $23-$24 per hour depending on experience. You must be quick thinking, have good attention to detail, and have excellent mechanical aptitude to run this fast-paced machine.

    To be a successful candidate, you must have experience operating a machine. This machine is NOT suitable for entry-level operators.

    The Machine Operator is responsible to:
    • Read and understand specification sheets.
    • Be able to manually set up a job on a machine.
    • Be able to run a machine independently with little supervision.
    • Be able to problem-solve production inconsistencies and make adjustments to a machine.

    You need to:
    • 2 Years minimum operating an industrial machine.
    • Be able to work 6:30 am-3:00 pm Monday through Friday.
    • Be Legally eligible to work in Canada at the time of application. NO sponsorships are available.
    • Proven Mechanical Aptitude. Please ensure your resume reflects your experience with tools and machines.
    • Must have experience running a machine (controlling speed, troubleshooting, quality control).
    • Good with tools.
    • Able to work and think quickly to keep up with machine speed.
    • Be able to stand for long periods of time.
    • Able to lift 25-35lbs.
    • Own vehicle is recommended as Transit is not reliably available to our location.
