Ray-Mont Logistics is a dynamic organization whose goal is to become the key link in the international trade supply chain.

We provide a variety of operational logistics services such as loading, transportation and storage of surplus products.
Ray-Mont Logistics is currently seeking a Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

As a member of the professional team at Ray-Mont Logistics, the primary responsibilities are as follows:

Follow up with customers on payments received for which no payment breakdown has been provided.
Ensure the sending of statements of account and follow up on upcoming payments to our clients
Respond to customer questions and requests regarding their account statements
Prepare weekly performance analysis of accounts receivable
Integrate accounts receivable transactions from other operational systems within the group
Propose on a monthly basis the accounts receivable to be provisioned in the books
Participate in the continuous improvement process of the accounts receivable by contributing to the deployment of new functionalities of our accounting system
Follow up on credit insurance policies with our insurer and ensure that the information is updated in our various systems
Assist with the cashing of cheques
Participate in all other support tasks as needed

Qualifications required:

Bilingualism (French and English) both written and spoken: bilingual environment, mostly English speaking clients
Diploma of College Studies (DCS) or Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in accounting
1 to 2 years of relevant experience
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, mainly Microsoft Excel
Asset: Knowledge of an enterprise resource planning ("ERP") software
Microsoft D365 Ideally
