The Flatbed Dispatcher will work with our Logistics team and Flatbed drivers to ensure seamless communication through the shipping process. They will be responsible for Scheduling, Dispatching, Customer service and POD collection.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience dispatching flatbed equipment.
  • Strong understanding of transportation industry and transport laws
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others and work as a member of a team
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills; organizational planning and time management skills
  • Proficient verbal and written English communication skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Scheduling drivers and using our TMS system.
  • Work closely with the Operations team to ensure that all orders are coordinated for on time delivery
  • Comply with laws, regulations and standards, completing any required documentation as applicable
  • Update clients as well as problem solve to meet client needs.
  • Ability to be flexible and work extended hours as required
  • Organize and complete order documentation.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
